Adapting: Finding God while my life is on the move
Young adults’ lives are rarely stable as they follow educational, career, and relationship opportunities. While working towards stability is natural and needed, they must also embrace the in-motion nature of this period in their lives. It’s important for adults to accompany young adults learning to adapt in this season, rather than “get” them to stability. Throughout this discussion, you’ll lead your group to consider the ways adaptation helps them learn—about themselves and about God, who promises to be with them wherever they go.
